HVAC Consulting Services

clear, unbiased guidance before you make a major HVAC decision

Most HVAC decisions involve $10,000–$30,000+ investments.

We provide independent evaluations so you can move forward with confidence—without pressure, upselling, or guesswork.

Quote Evaluation & feasibility check (Existing quotes)

If you already have quotes and don’t necessarily want more, a phone consultation may be right for you! Designed to give you real professional advice about the quotes you have in front of you already and help you determine what you actually need.

What’s included:

  • Usually a 30-minute phone call (up to 60 minutes)

  • Identification of comfort issues, needs & wants to understand your situation

  • Professional assessment of your existing quotes (please send ahead of time)

  • Clear, written recommendations sent via e-mail

Best for:

  • Clients who already have 3 quotes

  • Second opinions before replacement

  • Gaining confidence in making your decision!

This service is paid and independent. You are not obligated to hire Kore HVAC for any work.

System Evaluation & Design Consultation (Existing Systems)

A comprehensive, on-site evaluation of your heating and cooling system—focused on how your home actually performs.

This is not a sales visit. It’s a technical assessment designed to give you clear answers and a path forward.

What’s included:

  • Full system walkthrough (equipment, distribution, controls)

  • Airflow and duct assessment

  • Hydronic or steam system evaluation (if applicable)

  • Identification of comfort issues and root causes

  • Clear, written recommendations

Best for:

  • Uneven heating or cooling

  • Old or poorly performing systems

  • Second opinions before replacement

  • Homes with radiators, boilers, or complex layouts

This service is paid and independent. You are not obligated to hire Kore HVAC for any work.

Custom System Design & Project Planning (New Construction or New systems)

For projects that require more than a basic evaluation—new systems, major renovations, or correcting failed designs.

We develop a clear plan that contractors can actually follow and execute.

Scope may include:

  • Equipment selection and sizing guidance

  • Duct layout and airflow design

  • Hydronic system layout and zoning strategy

  • Radiator balancing and distribution planning

  • High-velocity system design (SpacePak / Unico)

  • Controls strategy and integration

Best for:

  • New construction

  • Implementing NEW systems (adding cooling is common)

  • Additions and remodels (guidance regarding how to best condition new spaces)

  • High-performance or comfort-focused homes

  • Fixing systems that “never worked right”

This service is paid and independent. You are not obligated to hire Kore HVAC for any work.

Installation & Project Execution (Limited Availability)

Kore HVAC takes on a limited number of projects where proper design and execution are critical.

This typically includes:

  • Boiler and hydronic system installations or upgrades

  • Steam system corrections and upgrades

  • Steam to hydronic conversions

  • Custom duct systems

  • High-velocity system installations

  • Complex retrofits where standard approaches fall short

All installation work follows a completed paid consultation or design phase.

You are always free to use your own contractor.

Projects focused primarily on quick equipment replacement or lowest-cost installation are typically not a fit, though Kore does consider taking on work if the schedule allows.

This particular service is paid and independent. Consultation fees are applied to any contracted work that Kore HVAC completes.
