About Kore HVAC
independent HVAC consulting built on real-world experience
Kore HVAC was built around a simple idea:
homeowners deserve clear, technically sound guidance before making major HVAC decisions.
Too often, systems are replaced or installed based on rules of thumb, brand preference, or sales pressure—not on how the home actually performs. That leads to uncomfortable rooms, short equipment life, and expensive fixes down the road.
Kore HVAC takes a different approach.
What We Focus On
This is a design-first consulting service centered on how heating and cooling systems actually work inside real homes.
Our work focuses on:
Hydronic boiler systems (hot water and steam)
Radiator system design and balancing
Controls and system integration
Duct design and airflow optimization
High-velocity systems (SpacePak / Unico)
These are areas where small design decisions make a major difference—and where most problems are often overlooked.
What We Don’t Chase
Kore HVAC is not a high-volume installation company.
We do not focus on:
Standard air conditioning changeouts
“Like-for-like” equipment swaps
Quick sales-driven replacements
If a project is straightforward and doesn’t require design or problem-solving, there are many contractors who can handle it well.
How We Work
Every project starts with a paid consultation and system evaluation.
This allows us to:
Understand how your home actually performs
Identify underlying issues (not just symptoms)
Provide clear, unbiased recommendations
From there, you can:
Hire your own contractor using our plan
Or, in select cases, have Kore HVAC take on the project directly
There is no obligation to use us for installation.
This structure keeps the focus where it belongs—on getting the system right first.
Select Project Work
Kore HVAC does take on a limited number of installation and retrofit projects, typically when:
The work requires careful system design
Standard approaches are likely to fail
The client values long-term performance & long-term relationships
This is not the majority of our work—but when the right project comes along, we’re equipped to execute it properly.
The Goal
Design systems that work correctly, last longer, and make homes genuinely comfortable—without guesswork or pressure.
